  • You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that are misused or breach these Terms.

4. Our Role

CertSafe UK does not verify, certify, or guarantee the accuracy of certificates uploaded or shared by users.

  • The app is provided as a storage and sharing tool only.
  • You remain solely responsible for the certificates you upload, manage, or share.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use CertSafe UK for:

  • Uploading unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
  • Sharing materials you do not own or have rights to.
  • Attempting to disrupt or misuse our services.

6. Availability & Updates

  • We aim to keep CertSafe UK available and secure at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may update or improve the app and these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect once published.

7. Liability

  • CertSafe UK is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from:
  • Certificates stored on your device.
  • Sharing of certificates with third parties.
  • Temporary interruptions or errors in the app or website.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting us at support@certsafeuk.com

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
